Leslie DoQui Sretenovic
After a successful career working in Theater, TV, Film and Commercials Leslie transitioned into teaching yoga. She studied with master teachers such as Shiva Rea, Ana Forrest, Baron Baptiste and Jill Miller.
Leslie brings awareness of alignment to each practice while guiding students into greater awareness of breath and body connection. With nearly 30 years of experience she developed and taught classes ranging from Power Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, Gentle Yoga, Chair Yoga, Aerial Yoga, Yin Yoga, Yoga Acupressure and more.
I have been teaching yoga for approximately 25 years, mainly due to the inspiration from my students. I was trained and certified through YogaFit and have participated in numerous courses since then to enhance and expand my portfolio. The best thing about adding a yoga practice to your routine is getting a good workout, especially core strength, while making a true difference in your everyday life.
Tennis has been a passion of mine for the past 20 years. Growing up in a tennis family meant spending the weekends at tournaments all over the Pacific Northwest. Originally from Coeur d’Alene, I moved to Spokane to pursue my Masters Degree in Sports Management at Gonzaga. I also played four years of Division I tennis at Eastern Washington University. I enjoy the process of improving the player from a technical and physical standpoint. I have worked with some high level juniors in California, while I attended Gorin Tennis Academy, after I graduated from high school. I previously worked as a tennis pro at the Hayden Lake Country Club. I am looking forward to teaching tennis at North Park and becoming apart of the community.
