Total Body – This is a full-body weight lifting class targeting all muscle groups! Strengthen, tone, and burn calories using barbells, dumbbells, exercise balls, and benches. This class is perfect for all fitness levels.
Boot Camp – Full-body and high-intensity training using a variety of modalities. Be prepared to have fun and get sweaty! All fitness levels are welcome.
Spin – Ride yourself into shape with this low impact and high-intensity workout! Great music and a motivating instructor are the perfect combination to help you reach your fitness goals!
Aqua – Water aerobics are a fun, safe, and effective way to exercise for all ages. This class is highly recommended for beginners or anyone recovering from injury. This is a no impact workout using water as resistance to build strength.
Cross-Training – Whether in “unison” or a stationed circuit, this full-body, high-energy workout is sure to challenge any fitness level and is easily modified to fit your individual needs.
TRX – aka “Total Resistance Xtreme” focuses on your intrinsic core muscles and stabilizers using suspension straps. This class is for everyone and the instructor will work individually with newcomers.
HIIT – aka “High-Intensity Interval Training” includes all modalities. Challenging and modifiable, this class is great for all fitness levels. So, come join this class for some serious exercise!
Conditioning – Using plyometrics, isometrics, body weight movements, and free weights, this class is sure to get your heart rate up! Appropriate for all fitness levels, this class is great for toning and endurance.
Strength Training – Weights, weights, and more weights! With more weight training than usual, this class will be moving at a slower pace. This class will really make you sore, in a good way of course!
Strength & Cardio – A lot of work will be done in both the strength and cardio departments, using body weight movements and resistance. As usual, all fitness levels are welcome.
Core Conditioning – A 45-minute class that focuses on core and legs! This is a low-impact class that is great for all fitness levels.
AM Yoga – Experience the benefits of waking up to yoga, as we stretch and tone the body, mind, and spirit. Synchronize your breath with movement, through a variety of poses that develop balance, flexibility, and strength.
Yoga – This class emphasizes the “union” of mind, body, and spirit. The focus of the poses coordinated with breath, builds strength, increases flexibility, and self-awareness.
Gentle Yoga – This class is a perfect choice for those with limited mobility or recovering from injury or surgery. Gentle yoga provides a nurturing environment for you to relax deeply. Gentle poses and breathing techniques are offered to cultivate a deep state of healing and relaxation. Assistance is available via chairs and props.
Yoga Deep Stretch – Ever want to hold those poses longer or stretch a little deeper? Then this is the class for you. Yoga Deep Stretch offers more time spent on those poses and stretches that feel good. Come ready for deep relaxation and assistance is available with a variety of modalities.
Hot Yoga – The temperature of this class is set to about 85 degrees and works deep into your muscles, tendons, and ligaments. The heat increases flexibility, improves circulation, tones muscles, and aids in detoxification of metabolic wastes and impurities. Bring water, a towel, a mat, and get ready to sweat!
